1. Add your name, full postal address, postcode/ zip code and country and email address.
This is required to calculate shipping costs.
2. List the items you wish to order
Include the Product Code, Item + Quantity.
For ease just copy and paste from the product listings.
3. Hit SUBMIT
4. Once processed you will receive an Invoice by email. You pay by card via a secure payment site.

Motobitz does not receive your card detaills. Once receipt of your payment has been confirmed your order will be despatched and we will send email advise of an expected delivery date*.

Any orders submitted using a foreign currency will not be processed.
Orders not paid for within 5 days will be cancelled.
Postage & Packing
Price will be itemised on your order.
Orders below £10.00 with be sent Standard Non Tracked Mail Service.
Due to issues with mail delivery, especially overseas, ALL orders over £10.00 will be sent via a tracked service at cost.
Customers can request a Tracked service for orders below £10.00 - write
'Tracking' on the bottom of your order.
If you live outside the UK you may be subject to import taxes or customs duty. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any of these charges and we suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may or may not be liable for.
UK Customers can also pay by cheque.
Put 'PAY BY CHEQUE' on your order and we will send details by email. Cheques will need to clear before goods are despatched.
Your email and address details are only used for the purposes of generating an invoice and shipping label. By placing an order you consent to the use of these details. Your details are not stored for future use.
Whilst we ensure orders are packed in a suitable manner prior to shipping for goods that are damaged in transit these will have to be returned to motobitz before either a replacement or refund is issued. Customers returning goods are required to pay the return postage, this in not refundable.
The copying or reproduction of ANY Motobitz products is strictly forbidden. This applies to products being pirated for both commercial gain and for personal use.
Such actions are considered an offence under international copyright law. Any such action establishes grounds for a civil action and may give rise to criminal prosecution. Images, photographs, or text produced by Motobitz may not be copied, distributed or disseminated for commercial purposes without written permission.

Motobitz does not consider item packaging as a 'colectable' item. No claims will be accepted for damage sustained during transit. However, rest assured every effort will be taken to ensure goods are depatched in the appropriate packing.
